This key full-time position is in the Partners for Education department. The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Director of GEAR UP and with the Project Director, GEAR UP Promise Neighborhood, to plan and implement services within the school districts. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing mentoring and college access programs; supervising Academic Specialists in the delivery of timely and targeted services to students; ensuring that all staff receive training on best practices and evidence based programs within the areas of mentoring and college access and partnering with other Service Coordinators to ensure that there is a seamless continuum that provides services to all youth with no resource or age gaps. The office location is in Barbourville, KY.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
